The Town of Webb Assessor’s Office is committed to maintaining accurate and up-to-date records for all properties within the Town. As part of this effort, our Data Collector will be conducting exterior-only physical inspections of all properties.
Please note the following important information:
- Interior inspections will not be conducted. Interior data will be estimated based on available information.

The Data Collector and all Assessor’s Office personnel will carry official photo identification badges.

Do not permit anyone to enter your home or any interior spaces.

If you do not wish to allow exterior access to your property, you must submit a signed refusal form to the Assessor’s Office. In such cases, property data will still be collected from the public right-of-way to the best extent possible.
